Flat Fees Far Below Market Rates

Typical placement fees in Japan run 30-35% of annual salary. FAJ works charges a flat fee per employment type, cutting your hiring costs significantly.

Success-Based Only

Introductions and interviews are free of charge. You pay only when a hire is made, and a refund policy is in place.

Plans and Pricing

Refund policy: If the hire resigns for personal reasons or is dismissed for cause within 1 month of joining, 50% of the fee is refunded (no refund after 1 month).
Fully success-based - no cost until a hire is confirmed.
